This research is a part of our interdisciplinary research project to understand permafrost on Mt. Fuji. In 2014, we continued to maintain the monitoring systems of ground temperatures and
micrometeorological parameters in the summit area. Permafrost temperatures in the 10 m-deep borehole were successfully monitored for three years. The other recorded data were also successfully
retrieved and will be analyzed soon.
