Practical investigation to prove the effect of the mountain-climbing activity on health promotion was conducted in mid August of 2016. The subjects were five college students and
three professionals who spent three days at the Mt. Fuji for climbing. Measures included the AMS checklist, HR, SpO2, respiration function, hemoglobin, saliva, and various subjective
conditioning evaluation. The changes and relationships among them will be examined to understand the mountain-climbing experience.
